Meet the Founder

Bianca Shaw is a force for transformation. As the founder of Thrive Nation, she has turned her personal story of survival into a global movement helping women rewrite their narratives, reclaim their power, and thrive boldly in every area of life. Bianca Shaw, the current President of the WI Women's Network is an innovative Executive Consultant who has served as a Policy Advisor and Senior Strategist with more than 18 years of leadership experience and progressive public service in non-profit, state and local governance.
Strategist & Impact Storyteller
A dynamic public speaker, executive strategist, and leadership architect , Bianca also mentors women across the Midwest and beyond on how to elevate their careers, heal through storytelling, and build a legacy that reflects who they truly are. With a strong foundation in politics and policy, she has influenced legislation and driven meaningful change at both the state and local levels. Bianca has staffed and served as a trusted advisor to two women senators, one assemblywoman, and a county board supervisor in Wisconsin. Her commitment to public service includes three years as a political appointee, where she helped shape equitable policies that provided access to quality early childcare in urban and rural areas of WI.

With a background in policy, equity, and advocacy, Bianca built her career empowering marginalized voices and leading high-impact campaigns. Today, she blends that same passion for justice with deep heart work—curating retreats, coaching programs, and media that help women rise with purpose and intention.
